Composites are the most used material daily in restorative dentistry. It used both for small restora- tions as for more complex works. In the anterior area, they are a great alternative to ceramics, due to the technology advances in and the development of adhesive procedures.The improvement of their biomimetic properties inspired by the natural struc- ture of tooth, do not reserve their use for the elite. The technique of classical stratification, which gives very good results, may appear difficult to apprehend at both the esthetic side as by his time-consuming side. We can envisage their use with a simplified, reproducible method with reliable clinical results in the medium and long term.

Based on the concept of the natural stratification, the "Style Italiano" team, in collaboration with 3MESPE, has developed "recipes" intended for reproduction of standardized colors by using the classic shade guide Vitapan. Referring to the composite duo opacity

(dentin and enamel) of the "Filtek Z350 XT" (3M Espe); (Fig.1) and respecting the maximum of 0.5 mm thickness of the vestibular enamel layer, you get the color palet of the shade A of the classic guide Vitapan. Through a clinical case, we will set out the time by time of this method

From Tayaponsak protocol was developed the PRP extraction [1]. These techniques are based on the idea of platelet concentration for reuse them as a medicament in some serious pathologies [2], thus the name of platelet concentrate.

The platelet concentration is obtained by blood centrifugation. The centrifuge is a device that allows decanting the different particles suspended in a liquid solution. These particles of different kind, size and mass will be deposit at different distances from the bottom of the tube and will therefore be separa- ted at the end of operation.

Since platelets are the smallest anucleate formed blood elements [3], so, they will be in the interme- diate part of the tube at the end of centrifugation, and red blood cells will rush into the bottom of the tube.

Indeed, at the end of the centrifugation, the tube can be divided into three parts, the upper part that will be poor in cells, the middle part will be rich in wafer and the lower part that will be rich in red blood cell.

We are looking to isolate the platelets or to make a platelet concentrate because platelets are a natural source of growth factors. [4] These growth factor can be very interesting to use to accelerate the post surgical healing.

The mineralized Plasmatic Matrix (MPM) is a product coming from a mixture of tow steep’s : the mineral phase and the plasma phase. After centrifugation, the growth factors are recovered and mixed with the mineral phase which may be an autogenous, alloge- nic bone or a Xynogenic substitute or synthetic. The result of thismixture is a single homogeneous product, compact and stable, containing platelets promoting healing.

The retention problems and instability are the main complaint in partial and complete removable prosthetics.In complete removable prosthetics (CRP), the preservation of roots with copes equipped with axial attachments or with a conjunction bar is indicated when we are in the presence of a reduced number of teeth of the ratio crown / root clinic is unfavorable. The reduction of the clinical crown will allow more easily establish a balanced occlusion and solve the aesthetic problem.

In partial removable prosthetics (PRP), the difference in compressibility between the periodontal ligament of the remaining teeth and edentulous ridges fibro mucosa is a pitfall to avoid ensuring stability, comfort and durability of the prosthetic restoration and anato- mical structures. Equipped with an attachment, the implant allows proposing the prosthetic design best suited to control the different movements that could destabilize the prosthesis.

Sub-root or sub-implant removable prosthetics are comparable in their advantages, disadvantages and biomechanical principles. Indeed, the exploitation of natural roots or implants promotes prosthetic treat- ment at functional, psychological and biologicallevels.

Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a common disease, poorly detected and with multiple consequences such as disorder daytime vigilance (work accidents, traffic accidents), cardiovascular complications and metabolic diseases. Polysomno-graphy record is a diagnostic technique that allows easier access to diagnosis.

Surgical treatment is generally ineffective and remains an exceptional indication.The panel of non-surgical treatment meets the indications concerning the severity of OSAS and to its origin. The reference treatment remains conti- nuous positive airway pressure whose effectiveness has been widely demonstrated. However, in case of refusal of the patient or when the OSAS is light to moderate, mandibular advancement orthotic devices of [MAOD] may constitute a more flexible alternative and was clinically validated.

The discovery, the bore and the obturation of all the radicular canals are the essentialconcept of the modern endodonty. The anatomic variations, as well as the number of roots and canals, make this exercise a difficult one.

In 1989, Weine reported that the mandibular second molar is the place of the greater number of anatomic variations more than the other teeth. Many clinical cases of the mandibular second molars presenting different anatomic configura- tionsendodontically treated are the purpose of this work.
