INTRODUCTION :
The practice of dentistry involves a risk of exposure to microorganisms responsible for many diseases such as Hepatitis, COVID-19, HIV-AIDS.

OBJECTIVE :
Contribute to the study of the risks of infectious contamination of practitioners.

METHODOLOGY :
This was a descriptive cross-sectional study lasting four months from June to September 2022.

RESULTS :
Among the 100 practitioners questioned, dental surgeons were the most represented with a rate of 63%. Less than half of the practitioners, or 46%, had professional experience of between 5 and 10 years. Among our respondents, 62% knew the hygiene prevention techniques. 76% had been vaccinated against COVID-19 and 49% had been vaccinated against Hepatitis B and 65% said they had been bitten or cut by a soiled object.

CONCLUSION :
This study shows the need to educate practitioners on preventive measures against infections in the dental office.

The association of implants with partial removable prostheses (RPPs) is not well perceived in contrast to complete removable prostheses. This article reviews the current knowledge on the oral quality of life of patients with supra-implant removable partial dentures (SIRPDs), considering clinical performance, comparison of RPPs versus SIRPDs and implant survival. Extended mandibular edentulous teeth are the most concerned by PAPSI with a preponderance of axial abutments used. The switch from RPDs to SIRDs significantly increases patient satisfaction. The survival rate of the implants varies from 91.6% to 100% over a period of 2.5 to 7 years. Overall, the use of RPPs in combination with implants improves the oral quality of life of patients. More prospective clinical studies are needed to evaluate this approach.

The dental technician profession is evolving and is fully integrated into the digital era.
This technological revolution has become known under the name of dental CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and computer- aided manufacturing), which includes all the steps of digitization and computer design (CAD) and those of manufacturing with the help of machine tools (CAM).
Dental CAD/CAM dates back more than 40 years with the thesis of Dr. François Duret in 1973 entitled "the optical impression", its development has been, and still is, intimately dependent on the evolution and progress of engineering and computer science.
In the dental laboratory, CAD/CAM is on a meteoric rise. Indeed, this technique has completely changed the daily practice of dental technicians by replacing certain traditional techniques. This new way of designing prostheses has enabled laboratories to improve their work in terms of precision, reproducibility, and diversity of materials while reducing errors related to the human factor.
Has CAD/CAM replaced conventional techniques in producing dental prostheses? Does it offer real advantages for dental technicians? Does CAD/CAM have a future in the dental laboratories of the future?
In this sense, this work was conducted to study the integration and use of CAD/CAM in the dental laboratory through a descriptive survey of dental technicians practicing in the city of Rabat and to understand the impact of this technique on the daily practice of the prosthetist.

In the maxillary posterior region, after dental extractions, the ridges undergo continuous bone resorption. In this region, there is also an anatomical obstacle formed by the maxillary sinus, which requires special management before and at the time of implant placement. Techniques for bone augmentation include the crestal approach with osteotomes and piezo surgery.

Dental implants have revolutionized partial and total oral rehabilitation. Success rates ranging from 80% to 100% worldwide (Buser, 2019) The success of the implant treatment must meet two objectives to be validated. The first is the concept of osseointegration and the second on the aesthetic appearance of the tissues around the implant. Our objective was to estimate the functional success rate, based on the success criteria of Albrektsson et al (Albrektsson, 1986) as well as an aesthetic evaluation by the PES (Belser, 2009) on a sample of 50 patients including 107 implants placed in the anterior sector where the aesthetic profile plays an important role. The functional success rate was estimated at 94% or even 03 failures out of 50 patients, with a significant difference between the implant success and the degree of oral hygiene (p=0.00001); as well as the degree of inflammation (p=0.00001) and finally the periodontal disease (p=0.04). We have had 100% success in patients who have undergone total burying of the implant Finally, aesthetic success was good in 42 (84%) patients for a score of 8 to 10, and favorable in the remaining 5 (10%) for a score of 5 to 7.
