Mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) is the most common malignant tumor of the salivary glands. This article reports the case of an infiltrative mucoepidermoid carcinoma of low grade of malignancy, located at the left side of the mandible. The intra?osseous development is rare (only 2% to 4% of MECs could be detected in the jaw), and is usually seen affecting the mandible as uni? or multi?locular radiographic lesions. Several theories have been described in the literature to explain the pathological process of this tumor. The diagnosis of CME is based on radiography and histopathology. Radical surgery remains the best therapeutic option with a favorable prognosis.

Abstract
Download Full Article
Flexible thermoplastic resins are materials that are increasingly used in the composition of partial prosthetic rehabilitations. Nevertheless, their weak physical properties (such as their flexibility) constitute a disadvantage since they risk in certain clinical situations to compromise the prosthetic balance, to alter the dental-periodontal and osteo-mucous support structures as well as the aesthetic rendering for long term. This work allows, based on literature data, to present the properties of these materials and the possible clinical applications in the rehabilitation of partial edentulous.

Introduction: malocclusion is a significant deviation from the ideal occlusion which can be considered esthetically unsatisfactory thus implying an imbalance condition of relative tooth size and position. The objective of the study was to study the relationship between dental malocclusion and periodontal diseases in schools.
Methodology: We conducted a six-month cross-sectional study from October 2016 to March 2017.
Results: we obtained a sample of 388 students with a prevalence of dental malocclusions equal to 12.72%. Female subjects were the most numerous with the rate of 54.64% (sex ratio F/M =1.20). Most common dental malocclusions were Class II Division I (12.21%), special proalveoli (14.08%), infraculsion (22.13% and DDD (64.79%). A statistically significant association was found between dental malocclusions and periodontal conditions with p=0.03.
Conclusion: Dental malocclusions would favor the accumulation of bacterial plaque, the result of which as time goes by, is the formation of tartar which is the starting point of periodontal diseases.
Key Words: dental malocclusions, periodontal conditions, student

Background:
Plasmocytoma is a tumoral process defined as the bone infiltration by a malignant plasmocyte line cells. Jaw involvement is uncommon but it can be revealing of multiple myeloma.
The aim of this paper is to study Plasmocytoma of the jaw clinical presentation, radiographic aspects and treatment options.
Methods:
A systematic review of the current medical literature via databases Pubmed and Scopus was carried out using keywords « Multiple Myeloma », « Plasmocytoma »,« Mandible », « Maxilla »and « Jaw » to select all the publications from 1990 to 2017 dealing with the subject of maxillary intra osseous jaw plasmocytoma either solitary or in the context of multiple myeloma .
Results:
Based on the adopted inclusion criteria , 41 articles were selected associated to 46 cases of bone plasmocytoma within 88,25% revealing the underlying affection.
Only 2% of patients were aged under 40. Chemotherapy associated to radiotherapy were used in 28,26% of cases.
Conclusion:
Intra osseous jaw Plasmocytoma has no specific clinical and radiological features compared to osteolytic ondontogenic maxillary tumors.
Anatomopathological examination associated to dental clinical exam is mandatory to confirm the diagnosis and guide management for further investigation

Plasmocytoma is a rare malignant hematologic disease characterized by plasma cells proliferation within the bone marrow. Diagnosis of multiple myeloma is retained when multi focal osteolytic skeletal sites are involved; associated in 80% of cases to abnormal monoclonal protein production. (1)
The plasma cell neoplasm may also present as solitary Plasmocytoma of the bone involving frequently the vertebrae, ribs, clavicle, sternum, long bones but exceptionally the jaws.
Clinical and radiographic findings of maxillary Plasmocytoma could be confusing with various bone diseases including benign and malignant tumors of the jaws. (2)
Histopathological diagnosis based on intra osseous or mucosal biopsies in addition to immunohistochemistry is important to confirm the presence of malignant plasma cells.
Considering this clinical and radiological variability, a search of the literature on the oral manifestations of multiple myeloma was performed, highlighting the most common clinical
and imaging findings of maxillary Plasmocytoma as well as therapeutic aspects.

Pulp necrosis is the main etiological associated factor with periradicular lesions of endodontic origin, according to the lesion position and extensions, anatomical aspects of the involved teeth, periradicular lesions can take distinct forms. Discovery of periradicular lesions could be either fortuitous or can occur within a severe clinical expression, the main challenge is to make the positive diagnosis in presence of several disease entities which could lead to confusion. The present article describes diagnosis and treatment approaches and highlights the need to adopt an appropriate treatment for each situation.
